Fisherman Hat

Also known as a sou'wester or a bucket hat, the fisherman's hat is identified by its wide brim, chin strap, water-resistant finish, and mild scenting of halibut. The brim helps to keep sun from the wearer's eyes, whereas the chin strap prevents the hat from blowing into the water during heavy ocean gales.
